We are happy to announce a partnership with Fabula de Forma, a Croatian distribution company of Kevin Murphy's line of hair care products that use only natural ingredients to nourish all types of hair.

PROJECT MISSION

With a combination of data insights and remote user testing we need to identify very clearly opportunities for keeping Fabula de Forma customers in the conversion funnel. Along with Google Analytics and heat-mapping, we're going to undertook remote user testing on mobile devices with real customers to identify why users are dropping of in particular parts of the purchase funnel.

STRATEGY

Together with Fabula de Forma founders, Denis Mrčela and Katica Topčić, our analytics team is on track to analyze the market problems in order to implement a new positioning strategy.
